This property was perfect for our getaway. The host was very responsive and caring. I highly recommend staying here.

We LOVED staying at Kathy’s place! When we arrived we got in easily and instantly felt at home. The house is comfortable and has multiple areas for relaxing, indoors or outdoors. Our favorite spot was sitting in the 3 season room at the beginning and end of the day listening to the birds and watching the deer. Kathy was very friendly and responsive and gave us a great tip to stop at nearby Armadillo’s for ice cream and to do the Presidential walking tour of downtown. We will definitely stay here again! Thank-you Kathy!!!

Property was clean, spacious, with a great layout to spread out and relax. Host communication was fantastic and we appreciated having coffee and snacks available on arrival. Minutes from downtown but still felt very much secluded
